Every Emotion is energy which is moving through us. Emotions have purposes and of course we love the positive ones but what about the negative ones? Grief, sadness, anger & anxiety for instance are a part of our life too and we need to learn how to deal with them. But as adults we rather learn how to suppress many emotions and we forgot how to handle them well because of different factors and reasons. Emotions need to be acknowledged and released in a healthy way. Otherwise, the energy of the emotion will get stuck in our system and cause issues in our body, mind and soul. How to deal with stuck emotions? There are different ways to release pent up emotions in our body. We will try out different techniques to first, connect to ourselves, second to locate and acknowledge the stuck emotions and last, release them. To do that, we will do a bit of theory, a guided meditation, some somatic movement and breathwork. In the end we will share our experience and reflect a bit with a cup of tea. Let’s free ourselves from old energies to feel lighter and more balanced.
