This two-part training offers practical tools in energy awareness, subtle bodywork, and mindful presence.
Drawing on yogic philosophy, breath, and embodied practice, it is designed for yoga teachers, bodyworkers, and holistic practitioners who work with subtle energy in a professional or personal capacity.

Led by Alana (What--Makes), whose 20+ years of experience spans Yoga, Ayurveda, Kalarippayat, and Indigenous healing traditions from Canada, Australia, and Latin America, this training invites you into a holistic, culturally respectful, and embodied approach to energy work.

Yes. The hours count as certified professional development for IICT-registered practitioners and may count toward CEUs for yoga teachers (check with your certifying body).
