FAQs
1. Do I need prior experience with breathwork to join?
No formal experience is required, but we ask that you attend at least 3 breathwork sessions (with Eva Maria or another facilitator) before the in-person training. This ensures you’re familiar with the practice and can dive deeper during the training weekend. If you need support finding sessions, feel free to reach out.
4. What’s the structure of the training?
We begin with 5 online sessions
(2 hours each) focused on theory, science, and preparation. The in-person weekend in Innsbruck is fully immersive, hands-on, and practice-oriented — with partner work, group facilitation, and integration practices.
2. Will I be certified after this training?
Yes. Upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate of participation. This training offers a grounded foundation for facilitating breath journeys, but is not a medical or therapeutic license. It’s designed to support your practice — whether you guide others or deepen your own.
5. I’m not sure if I want to teach. Is this still for me?
Totally. This space is for anyone wanting to understand and embody breathwork more deeply. Whether you're here to guide others, inspire your creativity, or support your own transformation, you’ll leave with practical tools and inner clarity.
3. What kind of breathwork will we learn?
You’ll explore a blend of modern and ancient breath techniques — including rhythmic breathing, coherent breath, nervous system regulation, and trance-inducing patterns. The method is unique and psychoactive, supported by sound and state-shifting tools.
6. What’s included in the price?
Your investment includes:
• 5 live Zoom sessions
• 2 full in-person training days in Innsbruck
• Printed facilitator manual
• Certificate of completion
• Access to a small, supportive group and feedback from Eva Maria
Travel, meals, and accommodation are not included.
