Full Moon Flow: Tea, Yin & Sound Experience
Join us for a special evening to slow down, reconnect, and tune into the energy of the full moon. We’ll start with a calming tea ceremony, giving you the space to set intentions and share if you feel called. Throughout the evening, we’ll sip on thoughtfully chosen teas that support clarity, grounding, and reflection, helping guide the energy of the night.
Next, we’ll flow into a gentle Yin Yoga practice. This practice is about moving slowly, listening to your body, and finding balance. Long-held, mindful poses will help release tension and create space for both physical and emotional renewal.
To close, we’ll settle into a deeply relaxing sound bath. The healing vibrations of Koshi chimes, Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, and more will wash over you, inviting you into a state of deep relaxation and peace.
It’s a chance to let go and connect with the present moment, with the moon, and with yourself.
