Trust me this is a completely different class a different approach of sequencing yoga movements - a flow. Our main focus is to balance and work with the myofascial meridians increasing strength and mobility to gain more range of motion and find a natural and easy recovery.

Traditional yoga poses and alignments find new aspects as we tune them to activate the myofascial meridians and find more space (body over mind) in the yoga flow.
I will give you several options within the flow to find your freedom in the movement and explore your body in a way of awareness.
