This is a space to reconnect — to your breath, your body, and your roots.
Through intentional movement, grounding breathwork, and guided self-reflection, we’ll explore what it means to feel steady, seen, and safe within.
We begin with a gentle root chakra flow to anchor into the body, followed by nourishing breathwork and deep rest in yoga nidra. Over tea, we’ll prepare for journaling — guided by thoughtfully crafted prompts designed to help you listen inward, meet your truth with honesty, and embrace it with compassion.
We’ll close in circle, held in softness, with space to share (if you wish) and a small offering to take with you as a reminder:
